Rob
Ill be interested to hear how you did - I have the carry light decoy and have had some interesting hunts with it although I have never had a large buck see it (that I knew about) but had does and smaller bucks approach it to within 5 yards, and some spook

Imagine you are a buck and you see this nice thick looking doe just standing there in the open. You make you studly way over there and when you get a good look at her you notice that her ribs are goobered up and her coat had fallen off.

The does will come right up to our Mckenzie deer. We put pieces of terry cloth towel for tail movement with some scent. We havent seen any big bucks. We are attempting to put a little 6 point rack on it this year to see if we get some response.
