Are Illinois fall archery tags for turkey sold over the counter? I haven't seen a lottery for archery and would like to go out this year or next for turkey, kinda broaden my horizons a bit.
Any info would be appreciated.

yep they are sold otc just like the archery deer tags, but if your a non resident then i have no clue

Fall Archery Turkey dates I believe are the same as Fall Archery Deer ..... but check your hunting digest. I dont have mine handy right now.

yep just checked the illinois digest and its the same exact dates as deer for archery

I'm starting my season off with a turkey hunt this Saturday. I'm bringing a cameraman to film the hunt. I scouted a group of 3 Toms and 11 hens in Ogle county. I know where their feeding and know where their roosting. Now to quietly setup in between those 2 spots is the challenge.
