I believe archery tags are over the counter and you can shoot hen or tom. I don't know about gun tags.

Archery tags are over the counter i think they were like $8 last year? that sounds right. fall u have to send in an aplication like you do gun season for deer and u get in a drawing. or u can apply online at the DNR website. and u can shoot hen, jake, or tom in fall it doesnt matter.
