A buddy of mine came across a sale on arrows and said they looked and felt exactly like Carbon Express Arrows but they had a High Country Label on them.

He heard around the local pro shop that Carbon Express was going to make arrows for HCA just like PSE has carbons made for them but the deal fell through so now they sell the arrows for dirt cheap. Is this the case? Has anybody else heard the same? Please help as this would save me a ton of cash.

I don't know about the HCA deal, but I can tell you Carbon Express does not make arrows for PSE. From what I was told by a Game Tracker rep. was the factory in Mexico couldn't produce what Game Tracker was asking, so they picked up camp and went to Korea. Then PSE rolled into the Mexico facility to do their thing. So the PSE arrows are basicly the same as last years Carbon Express.
