I shoot 3 bladed Thunderhead 125s. I was brought up to always align the blades with my fletching for better arrow flight... kinda hard to line up 4 blades with 3 vanes.

with a 4 blade bh tha flight of it will be slower than the 3 blade bh cuz of the weight but with a same weight bh for a 4 blade & 3 blade the 4 blade is goin to have a smaller diam. cuttin surface in which it go through tha animal in where tha 3 blade is goin to have a lil bit larger cuttin surface than the 4 blade but it might go through it................. i shoot a 3 blade thunderhead bh & it works better than my 4 blade thunderhead bh. like the other post said its personal prefrences

3 Blade Muzzy 100's. Couldn't tell you why, just what I have always shot and they have always worked. I guess it IS personel preferance.
