Default 3 blade or 4

Ok gang. There has been a lot of talk about broadheads lately. So I find myself wondering: What is better, 3 or 4 blade? I shoot 100 gr 4 blade Muzzy, but there is also 100 gr. 3 blade as well. What is the difference, do they both tune the same, what are the differences and the like?

I've always shot a 3 blade head. The 4th balde will give a little extra cut but dead is dead in my book. WV Hunter is right on as far as personal preference.

I had the same question, so i called muzzy and was told that the 4 blades penetrate better than the 3 blades, but all my tests concluded that their is minimal difference between the two. Both of them are great choices.

I've always used a 3 blade head...never any problems. I would say it's about 100% personal preference.

How is it physically possible for a 4 blade head to penetrate farther than a 3 blade head?

PHYSICS?

Surface area of a Four blade is more than a three blade causing more friction resulting in less penetration..

So i always thought...
