Do you practise while sitting and or standing? How does sitting vs. standing affect the shot. I need to figure out something for in the yard.

I'm in the same boat...no good trees on my property to hang a stand and practice. Plus, my neighbors would not like it much. However, I do shoot from my second floor window into my target in the backyard. It's at about the same height as I would be in my stand. I've been doing it for years and I'm 100% confident when I transition from my bedroom window to my stand!
