NO I SURE DIDN'T, THESE ARE MY BROTHER'S MULE DEER ONE WAS TAKEN IN COLORADO AND THE OTHER IN WYOMING. THE FULL SHOULDER MOUNT PIC DOESN'T REALLY GIVE THE DEER MUCH JUSTICE. YOU REALLY CAN'T EVEN GET YOUR HAND AROUND WHERE THE BEAMS FORK, IT HAS A HECK OF A LOTTA MASS.

Nice mounts all of them.
Im in the process of doing my Elk as a european mount now. I boiled it out last fall and cleaned out the inside. Now Im drying it with a Borax paste I mixed and with which I have coated the bone.
My neighbors were not real sure what I was cooking in the back yard the day I boiled out the skull

I really like the look of the skull mounts, I will do those for any non-shoulder mount buck I get. I also feel that having the skull still attached, helps the rack itself look nicer than just it being out there or on a plaque.

Matt I love the pedistal. Roght now I have one of my Euro mounts sitting on one of those fire place thingys. they are made in mexico out of pottery clay.
