DS2, fetish....no way....just it seems everytime I step inot the woods at some point it hits me. This last time I was up in the stand before it hit me....NOT GOOD 20 ft up.
Got down from the stand undressed, di my thing, started to get dressed again, and I had peed in my bibs........the Deer and everything else in the woods heard me cussin that day. Well I did the next best thing.....since they werent actually going to be against my skin (gross), I sprayed alot of scent-away in them
I usually take tiolet paper, but when I left the house, I had the feeling I was forgeting something.....and at that special moment, I knew what it was.

I just got to my post at sunrise and was setting up against a tree. About 10 minutes later the call came. I didn't want to do it there, so I went 50 yards away near a heavy thicket. I left my jacket and the ammo in my jacket at my post but took my loaded 20 ga. shotgun with me. I finished and stood up and all of a sudden a big doe blasted out of the thicket. Since I didn't have a doe permit, I watched it go. I looked back into the thicket and saw another deer coming out of it. It turned out to be the biggest 10 point buck I have ever seen. I fired three round to bring this biggie down.

A Few simple rules:
1 - we always carry a roll or two of TP in the truck
2 - we always put TP in a zip lock bag and carry it with us
Maybe that's why I have brown eyes.....am I that full of it ????

make sure of the leaves you use also. when i was a kid like about 7 or 8 i found out the wrong way. I HAVE NEVER MADE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. by the time it was gone i was itching over half my body. it is amazing the things you rember as a kid like when you ticked the old man off. More amazing he dose not rember a thing.

I have some advice.I heard about someone that had to go while in a duck blind. He got out and was gone for a few minutes and came back and everyone said he was rank.He walked around a few minutes and couldn't figure out why he smelled like s#%@t.Then finally someone noticed his coveralls had a hood on them, yea you guessed it,he didn't take them off and went right in his hood.Lucky he didn't get cold and put the hood on.

A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO A FRIEND HAD AN ATTACK WHILE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TUNDRA, 1-2 MILES FROM THE TRUCK AND THE PAPER. NO SQUEEZING WAS GOING STOP THIS ONE SO HE CUT THE POCKET OUT OF HIS NICE WOOL HUNTING PANTS. WHEN HE RETURNED HOME DAYS LATER HE ASKED HIS WIVE TO REPLACE THE POCKET...NO PROBLEM. WELL YEARS LATER WE WERE ON A LATE SEASON GOAT HUNT AND AS HE WAS GETTING DRESSED TO START HE WENT TO PUT ON HIS WOOL PANTS AND STARTED TO ROAR. HIS LOVING WIFE HAD REPAIRED THE POCKET BUT ALSO HAD ADDED AN EIGHTEEN INCH TAIL ON THE POCKET WITH DOTTED LINES DRAWN AND WRITEN ON THE POCKET TAIL WAS "CUT HERE INCASE OF EMERGENCY". ROTFLMAO, MAN DID WE CRACK UP OVER THAT ONE.

I have ALWAYS carried TP in my fannypack for just this reason. It's not usually called into service, but is invaluable when needed. I saw the biggest buck of this season while standing in my treestand squeezing for all I was worth to keep from losing control. He kept looking my way because I was attempting to rattle him in, but he wouldn't cross a weed field that separated us. I finally couldn't stand it another minute and got down, walked a short distance and "took care of business." When I climbed back in my stand, I scared off a doe and an 8 point directly under me!
