Get the Bitzenberger and be done with it. The best there is and will last forever.
Make sure you get the correct clamp for the fletching you plan to use e.g., right or left fletch, helical, straight fletch, offset fletch. Also, regardless the quality of the jig, I have found that the degree of offset or helical that is obtainable and have the feather/vane still make complete contact with shaft, is often far less than the manufacturers claim you can obtain.
Additionally the diameter of the shaft you use will also set limitations on how much offset and helical you can use. I use straight and a 1 - 2 degree offset. You can offset with the Bitz jig STRAIGHT clamp. I believe Bitz claims you can obtain up to a 6 degree offset. No way for me. I shoot a 2315 shaft, and a 2 degree offset is the best I can get and still have complete fletch contact.

I use two fletching devices...a B.P.E. Pro fletching jig and an Arizonz EZ Fletch. The first allows me to be a bit more precise as it only applies one fletch at the time. The second allows me to work much faster since it fletches three at a time.

Fletching any small diameter shaft is a challenge with helical, and an offset of much more than 1-degree, maybe a 2-degree if you push it. An additonal problem is that the narrow valley between the fletch/vane can create a clearance and contact issue with certain rests.
You might have to use a rest such as a.........a......a....OH NO....must I say it? [&o]..... a "Wacking Basket" or one of those rise up and fall down rests. [:'(] A BoDoodle might work.
