Any of you all ever had it? I know of 3 family members who have had the disease. I just ran into one of my sister's neighbors who has had it. I am very surprised that I have never had it considering how much time I spend in the woods hunting?

I did a little research on lymes a couple of years ago. According to the health dept. it is assumed that there are way more cases than what is reported. Many Drs. are failing to run the tests neccesary to ascertain that a person has lymes. The reason behind this is some people do not exhibit all the symptoms, and the ones the do show just aren't severe enough to run up a red flag to the Dr. While some people show all of the symptoms, other people only show a portion of the signs and they aren't bad enough to indicate the disease. Still, others are able to overcome the disease without ever seeing a Dr.

I had it for the second time this year i knew i got bit did not have any rash but started to feel like i had the flu that pasted then i start to feel stiff in my knee's then my hands went to the doctor they started me right away on Doxycline with in a few days i started to feel better.Most cases Doxycline works.......
