I was in a bow shop and I saw a pack of bottle looking like things. It says store your favorite scent. They have a picture of them and they put the bottles on the front of an arrow and hunt with these. What are they and what do they do?

You don't "hunt" with them. You shoot them at spots where you want to disperse scent and not get human scent at the area.
