I cant wait until bow season.... I was reading different posts on here and listening to stories and just got all pumped up. My roommate and I have been best friends for many years and we hunt a lot together. Last night at 11:30 we hopped in the car and drove 15 miles to a shooting club open 24/7 and shot bows for couple hours. We cant get enough. My bow is nicely tuned and shooting good groups. I want to hunt now. Sorry Im just blabbing. Just had to mention it to people.

It will be a LONG summer for you man!! I got all pumped up really early last year, and I thought I would lose my mind waiting on October to get here.
Hopefully, this year I won't get too excited until early summer.
Goodluck and hang in there, you will be in the autumn woods before you know it.

I am always pumped about bow hunting, its kinda like the plague and I can't shake it off, but if I think about it I only have 7 months more till bow hunting!!
That's nice to have a place to shoot your bow 24/7, must have lights and the whole works? Good shooting...

Yea here in Illinois it just ended about 2 weeks ago. Im already pumped for next season. But I still have a lot of shooting, tuning, and buying before i am ready. Ive hunted with a shotgun for the past 5 years and I think I need to take up some bowhunting. More of a challenge and sounds more fun. But there is still a long road ahead of me before im prepared.[:'(]

Yeah man it sure is fun. But you dont have to wait till next fall. The funnest thing in the world to hunt are spring gobblers. I have hunted them with my bow too. I think I'm taking the gun this year.
