Default Question on the P&Y acceptance post

Why would any hunter who ever dreamed of bagging a book buck ever buy a hunting bow with let-off higher than that accepted by the book they would like to be in? It' s kinda like shooting your deer by spotlight and then wanting the P&Y club to accept it, you knew before you did it that it wouldn' t be.

Default RE: Question on the P&Y acceptance post

Until the rules change, and I think they will, that' s the question every hunter should decide before buying a bow. If there' s even the slightest chance of you seeing a book buck and harvesting it, you have to decide if record book entries are important to you. If it is, you better make sure what' s allowed and what' s not.
