How many of you hunt from a ground blind?

I am hunting a piece of property that doesn' t have mature enough trees for a climber or permanent stand. I am contemplating purchasing a double bull blind. Anyone have any input or secrets of hunting from a blind for deer?
Thanks.

i hun from a T2 at times...made by double bull archery. a little pricey, but worth it...shoot through screens that are camo patterned. deer cannot see u. brush it out a little and u are in it to win it, i have had deer walk right by it....i have a story posted on a hunt the other night...it on here under northeast area....delaware archery(nov). it was a pretty good hunt. largest doe that i have ever seen spotted it along a corn field.....she didnt run, but cut to my left....i could have shot at 35-40 yards....i thought a buck was trailing....the mistake???? i should have put the bling in the corn a little more and brushed the front and sides....i will do that monday morning

Ive hunted out of mine quite a bit this year. I had one deer come by it the first night and she didnt like it. Ive tried a couple other times but no luck. But, when i was hunting out of the blind, i wasnt seeing deer out of stands during the same week. I need to go try it again. But yea, there cool. You can move a little more and, take a nap if you want.

I set up a pop up tent style ground blind early last week next to a dry creekbed in between 2 untilled cornfields. I sat in the blind Saturday from 10am til 5pm and saw 7 deer, including a monster buck. Unfortunately every one of them avoided the blind like the plague. [X(] I did like the fact that I could move around in it so I' ll still use it for shotgun but its too small to bowhunt out of. Rarely have I ever had success from the ground, but thats probably from lack of experience at still hunting. I' d rather sit in a tree any day!

I have one for when I have a North wind at my place and I will not sit in it again. I have been skunked the three times I have sat in it this year and havnt been skunked out of my tree stand yet.
