Nice post! I can really relate to this. My boy is 2 1/2 and he is going with me this year. I bought a blind and I hope we get to see some deer. I' ll keep my fingers crossed. I' m going to take a couple toys, some books and snacks with us to pass the time. I' m sure he will get bored in about 15 minutes so I' ll be looking for a time filler for sure. Wouldn' t it be great if somehow, some way he/we can stay quiet enough to see some deer from the blind. That would be awesome. Actually getting a shot is off the scale. Let' s det our kids involved. If you don' t have any, then get the neighbors kid to go.
