i was settin in my tree stand on the edge of a field and 3 doe came out from nowhere, i was about 10 to 12 foot up in the tree and when they came out of the woods about 75 to 80 yards out they looked straight at me and the wind was in my favor so i know they couldn' t smell me and they still seen me, i didn' t move a muscle. i was coverd in camo from my feet to the top of my head, what can i do to stop it from happenein again? any suggestions?
i would really appreciate it

Either you moved more then you think or something else drew their attention to you. It is highly unlikely that they picked you out from 80 yards away for no reason. Even if your camo is bad your outline would be tough to pick up from 80 yards away.....unless you were standing out in the open which you obviously were not.
It is very possible that the deer saw you a long time before you saw them......maybe they just stepped out to get a better look at you after watching you for a few minutes.
You never know when a set of eyes could be on you.......even if you see nothing.

The deer may have seen the UV light reflecting off your camo. I' d look into it. There is a great thread on TR Michels Forum below that deals with deer vision. I' d highly recommend that you take a look at it.

Whats behind you? Do you have good back cover? If your silouette(sp?) is against the sky they may have seen you. Even with the best camo, a big blob(not directed at you) in the sky is easy to pick out.
