My friends recently put a WB on his PSE Baby G. The brace height on his bow is 5" . WHen he nocks an arrow the vanes of the arrow are in the WB even with the biscuit as far forward as it will go. Is this going to be a problem.

Mine barely do on my LX at 6 5/8" bh ! It hasn' t caused me any problems !
If it is real bad......someone on here was talking about mounting the WB in front of the riser instead of in the back like normal ????? !! May work ???

I have a Hoyt Supertech and its the same way... my vanes are in the rest when the bow is relaxed... I have yet to find any problems with the set up... your friend should be fine..IMO

I had a setup like that(6.25" brace), and there is one thing to watch for. If you trim the back off the biscuit, as many do, and are using carbons, don' t trim too much. Otherwise the fletch spreads the bristles enough for the shaft to fall through when drawing, and it will not pop back up into the center on rare occasions. I' m sure regular practice will let you know if this is a problem. I would get it once every few dozen shots, and shoot a couple of feet low. I just brought a replacmeent biscuit and trimmed much less off.

I recently installed the WB Deluxe on my bow and had the same concern with my arrow vanes in the biscuit. I had the owner of our local archery shop check it out and he said that' s how it' s to be installed. Mine works great, but I' m wondering how much it' s slowing down my arrow speed.

My vanes are right next to the biscuit...I thought it might be a problem, so I trimmed the biscuit with small scisors....each spot where the vanes are, I trimmed away most of the wiskers....haven' t had a problem, and it' s better on the vanes.......don' t think I' ll have any other rest on my bow!!!!
