James,
I just added your e-mail addy to my list and will be more than happy to send you an update from the deer woods this season.
13 days until field test #1!

I put the suit on the other night to show (reads SCARE) my wife[>:], and after she calmed down enough and stopped inventing new curse words, she said " That is the neatest camo I' ve ever seen!" This from a girl who doesn' t know a " Pop-up" blind from a " Pop-Tart" !
She said that she couldn' t even tell there was a person in the suit........and a few WOWS (She doesn' t ' Wow' ANYTHING hunting related except the deer I bring home)

So of course I had to say " See!....I told you I NEEDED this new stuff!" [:-]

I can' t wait to put my new ASAT 3D " thru the wringer" . I was finishing up preparation yesterday on a terrific funnel I started hunting last year and actually saw some deer. I was busy putting some oak branches up with floral wire, and there they we' re picking along the edge of a thicket 60 yards away. Doe and little ones, but see if I care [:-].

12 days and counting.

I started using asat last year, and i deffinetly have seen more deer since i have been using it. I dont go in the woods with out my 3d suit, its that simple. I almost had deer run into me last year on two occasions when i was hunting on the ground in the early season( spooked by dove hunters). If i hadnt got out of the way they would have. Scared the crap out of me. Had another hunter almost step on me, had another guy climb up in a tree not even 10 yrds from me, i waited till he got to his hunting height before i moved, should have seen the look on his face. Got some bucksuede in asat this year for the wet nasty weather. I dont think you can go wrong at all with the asat. Ive had some amazing encounters with it. All i have to do now is learn how to hunt.

i own several asat suits from years ago. works good but i think any 3-d leafy camo works as good if not better. the key is having 3-d camo i believe. the only thing i didnt like about asat is i can pick out someone in a tree or on the ground wearing it. it stands out to me so i question its use on animals that can see more color like bear and turkey. for my money i trust any leafy camo that has not too much of any one color .

liquid orange,

You think ASAT stands out and " designer" camo doesn' t?!? Are we thinking of the same pattern here, cause your facts are backwards!

Look at the photos posted above.

MOBH

At a rough guess an XL would be fine they are made slightly larger than normal sizes to accomodate layering underneath.
