Default Refletching arrows?!?!??!

I am curious about refletching my own arrows. I was wondering what tools people used. I am wanting to get into this very economical. I think I just need a jig, glue, and vanes But I could be wrong. Is refletching fairly easy? I scraped my vanes off one of my bad arrows. I shoot Goldtip Camo 5575. I barely scraped a little(very little) of the camo finish off. Will this be OK?

Its mostly pretty self explanatory for your basic refletching. Splicing and stuff takes time, but thast later on. All you need is a jig, some glue, vanes, acetone(for whiping shafts and vane bases) then some time and patience.
