Default Some pics from R place...

These pics are from our property. The buck and fawn were taken at our salt lick. The salt lick is set up at the edge of the woods and there is always a light shining. I see this buck frequently. The old doe looks like she was about ready to give birth since she' s so huge. These pics were taken in late July. The fawn by the driveway is just about full grown already so it must have been born very early in the year.
Enjoy!

Thanks Rob...

We just pick up a regular block at Walmart in the hardware department. It was hidden behind the tree stump.
Been thinking about buying one with special minerals added but haven' t gotten around to it. The funny thing about it is that the original block was about 15 yards further up the hill and the deer still dig the ground there. Then the 2nd block (5 yards from the current block) just ran out 2 months ago - they have a 2 ft. hole dug there.
We also toss any apples, pears or corn scraps up there.

We' ve had a block up there for two years now - of course we remove it during the hunting season as per PA rules....................

That is a pretty good sized doe in the middle pic. Has a lot of girth around the midsection. Nice deer.
