15 acres just up the road about 3 miles from me just sold for $1.5 million. Out a little further, it' s going for $45,000 an acre.

I know the feeling on dealing with anti-hunters/pyschos. My ex girlfriend didn' t mind it but her dad HATED hunting with a passion so we butted heads quite a bit. After awhile though he got used to it. I put an Galvin: anti-hunter sticker on my car but it didnt work, i will just have to wait till i get a truck. good luck on finding another honey spot.
