That is the very reason I shoot them, I have shot fixed blades in the past, but for the very reasons given by BOWFANATIC I prefer mechs. Another fact that BOWFANATIC brought out is true To each there own, there are advantages and disadvantages to both mechs and fixed blades, I will take the increased consistant accuracy of a mech over a fixed and not take sharply angled shots.
