Which bow companies do you think have the best customer service? I hear all the time on these boards about whch is the best bow. Who supports their bows if something happens. I once had a problem with a hoyt and it took 2 months to get it fixed.

These are the companies that I hear the most " good stories" when it comes to customer service. I have to put Magnus at the the top as they have free lifetime replacment on there broadheads. You break it they replace it. The others listed all have excellent reputations as well.

Probably PSE. I have had limited experience with them but their dedication to customer service appears excellent.
- though I have heard several negative reports about Hoyt' s delivery time I must say that they were more than prompt when I had a problem with one of their bows earlier this year.
- Bowtech has also been very good at working with their customers. There were several design improvements which bow owners/customers wanted to see with their current lineup and the following year these improvements were implemented.
There are many others that deserve comment but that is all I can think of at the moment.

I have not had to deal with many of the bow companies but,I sent my High Country back and they replaced the limbs, bowstring, harness for free and had it back in less then 2 weeks.Shooting Bowtech now and I did call Tech. support and spoke to Jaime and he was very helpful and was in no hurry to rush off the phone.
