Default Customer Service

I ordered my bow, Hoyt Katera, back in January. It came in around February sometime and sat at the dealer for about a month. All the parts were in: Bow, Fuse Itrepid Sight etc....Now the dealer ordered the right rest but the wrong one came in. It took me almost two months to get the right one in and I had to order it myself after getting a refund from the dealer. Now the problem that I have been dealing with is the sight that I have is suppose to have the micro adjustment screws with it. They never came. I have been trying to get the screws now for almost three months. If course Fuse can't help me because I am not a dealer and they can't confirm the order. There have been only a couple of people that know about the situation in the sporting goods department and when they are not there I get no help and have to call back. What is my course of action here? Send the sight back get refund and reorder from somewhere else? Anyone had this problem?

If you don't buy from a pro shop, and deal with "big box" stores, you're nothing but a number.[:@]

It is a large store such as a bass pro etc....The only one that I had found relatively close to me that deals with Hoyt. I have a local shop that is very good however they do not deal with Hoyt. Trust me I will never purchase nor shop there again. Just wondering the best way to get out of this.
