I think the title of this topic is: What Won't YOU shoot this year?

Not what you don't want everyone else to shoot.

Exactly.

As to what I WON'T shoot, the only honest answer I can give is"anything illegal". If it's legal, the right species and I'm hungry, it's in trouble. My hunt - my ethics - my rules. Besides, where I hunt we're so overpopulated with deer our limit is 3 antlerless deer per day - all season. I see no reason to be selective.

Stuff that will get a pass-

1. Button Buck
2. 1.5 and 2.5 year old bucks
3. 3.5's? Not sure, depends on their size.
4. Most likely a small bear (Not sure yet what I'll decide yet on weight, we'll see when the time comes on how the baits look)

I will be antelope hunting for the first time this year and I hope to take the best buck I can in the 7 daysI will be there if it is a small one it will still be a good one to me since it will be my first lope. For whitetail 3.5 yr old or older buck (standards start to drop later in the season) and good mature does to help out my friend at the golf course usually 4 out of there for him.
