Rage Broadhead/ Field Logic Customer service
I know sometimes that people voice their displeasure with products or companies on here, and sometimes they give their praise. Well, I am here to commend Rage Broadheads ( Field Logic) for their great service and for standing behind their product.
I shoot Rage 2 blades and Rocky Myn. Snypers. This past season I had3 Rage heads that had the old set screws in them, not the roll pins that they use now. I was gonna change blades in them, and on 2 of them, the screws stripped out easier than I have ever had one strip out before. I tried everything that I knew to get them out with no success. I took them to a guy at work in the macine shop/tool room of our plant. He was gonna drill them out. I was afraid that would affect the performance of the blades opening, so I decided against that, and to just call Rage and ask them if they could fix them. The customer service lady told me to send them in and they would repair them.
I sent the 2 heads in last week. To my suprise, I received a package today, opened it up, and there was a brand new pack of 3( of course with the practice head). Now that is great service to me. They went above and beyond what I expected.

Out of all the mechanical broadheads we have sold over the years the rage has by far been the best complimented one so far. The only time I hear a complaint here @ Draves Archery / www.dravesarchery.com is when someone is shooting a bow that does not have the antique pondage or draw length to produce the power needed to deliver a pass throught shot. I shoot the Rage 2 blade Mechanical broadhead and have had great success! THANKS!
