I don't know the science behind it, but allowing the air to get to it the first day helps with the texture aand taste IMO ....... I have NO idea why, I just found that out by mistake [8D]

I put mine in a bag for a day then just put it in a glass jar that is sealed pretty well with a rubber gasket.

Yes she did, she likes it! She's not afraid of spicy foods, but we both agree I added too much heat I'm going to make another batch soon.. I dont think its going to last very long
