If my land bordered his, I'd build a beautiful pink fence, as high as would be legal in the area, and not made of the best looking material either, totally around his area. And music, aahhh, soothing music, like bagpipes starting at 7:00 if the noise code applies or whenever, would run all day from sunup to sundown. There are tons of ways to legally make his place a living hell. Would I be cutting off my nose to spite my face as with cutting off the deer trails, maybe. But it would be worth a try just to know he's pissed. Dude that sucks!!!!! Thatquestion was brought up when I took my archery class several years ago. They are right that the land owner has the right to not let you get your deer, but on the flip side, that guy does not what to be caught touching that deer without a tag. He so much as moves that deerhe can be charged with possession of a deer without a tag. So I would keep an eye on that deer and see what he does with it, then call the game warden and turn him in for poaching. Just a thought. GL man, I feel for you.

So, you make it a habit to trespass on this guys land to recover deer and yet, when he busts you trying to trespass youcome here and cry about . And now you are going to do the same thing again . Suppose the deer dies in his front yard again are you going to come here and cry likebaby then? YOU are the only one doing anything wrong in this/these situations yet you want to make this landowner out to be the bad guy? Talk about setting yourself up for failure . You even say you will put your friends in this stand. What if they shoot a deer and that deer dies int heguys front yard and he doesn't allow a recovery. Now you set your friends up for failure . Your the one crying and whining about not getting your deer LOL. I imagine if someone were to trespass on your hunting land that would be OK since you seem to be fine with trespassing . Make sure you cry about the next deer you lose because you could not trespass to recover it LOL .

Twild i got your back teamate. I woulda walked right on that land and gave that dude a piece of my mind. And i woulda got my deer. People are on here are full of it saying that they abide by 100% of the law, i know most of you have walked across someones property ege or something iether not knowing it or whatever but get off his back he shot that buck its his buck, a buck of a lifetime at that! Down here in New Jersey we must be a different breed of people i guess because that guy would of not been able to get to work the next day after he has 4 flat tires and whatever else i could think of.
