Dude that sucks!!!!! Thatquestion was brought up when I took my archery class several years ago. They are right that the land owner has the right to not let you get your deer, but on the flip side, that guy does not what to be caught touching that deer without a tag. He so much as moves that deerhe can be charged with possession of a deer without a tag. So I would keep an eye on that deer and see what he does with it, then call the game warden and turn him in for poaching. Just a thought. GL man, I feel for you.
