Default RE: Bye Bye baiting in SLP of MI

there are alot of hunters in michigan that bait,
laziness,
lack of scouting etc.

I put a ton of thought where to hang my stand, scouting, and alot of time goes into my preparation each season. I don't need to bait to have a shot at deer. I hunt the inside corners near corn and bean fields surrounded by hardwoods. I study the terrain and have 3 stands on the 80 acres i hunt. I move my stands based on observations during the season. I'm amazed at how i could put stands in different places that i thought i would never consider.

I'm not to bent out of shape about the no baiting, I think it helps me not to condition the deer where i'm hunting.
