BTW, I dont hunt over bait for deer either, for personal reasons....but that doesnt mean it isnt hunting.

So baiting isn't hunting. Using treestands isn't hunting.
What about using a bow? I say that isn't hunting. If you don't get the deer with your bare hands you can't call yourself a hunter. No matter what.

No hunting is the act of searching or hunting for a deer. I wont use a tree stand. I just feel that baiting is hunting and your not doing anything you know where the deer will be. And I guess this is a personal preference. You guys dont care as long as everyone gets their deer. Im one of these guys who would rather find a deer along paths and game trails in valleys near streams and such. If you follow deer to corn fields or other food sources that not baiting thats knowing deer habitat.
