I'm shooting a Tomkat set at 60# @ 28" DL,with a 406 grain arrow. This puts itat 6.8 grains per pound. It shoots in the 250 fps range and is very smooth and quiet. I have also killed with it in excess of 40 yards with no string jumping or having to use any witchcraft to keep the crittersfrom walking over the horizon while my arrow was in flight.

I can tell you this much about this light arrow/ heavy arrow debate (which is about as rehashed of a topic as you'll ever find here by the way).........

This sort of stuff won't be tolerated on THIS forum....consider it a warning to all parties.

Debate a topic like adultsor take it to email, or go out back and punch each other in the sack for all I care, just quit the name calling baby crap.
