Reconyx customer service A+

I recently bought the new Recoynx RC60. I put it out last week and went back to check it last night.
I was disappointed in that there was only two pictures. The LCD stated " ERROR NO BATT METER".
I put in brand new batteries and got the same message.
I called them today and told them of my situation. The guy checked with Tech Support and came back on and said that it had a faulty part.
Without hesitation or proof of purchase or anything, they took my address and said they would send me a new one today and for me send the original one back in the same box with a prepaid return delivery charge invoice included.
That IMO, is good customer service.

I have a rc55 and it was working great until about a month ago then all the pictures were out of focus. I called reconyx and after less than a 4 minute phone call they emailed me a prepaid return label to send it back and I had it back in like 5 days. No questions about proof of purchase or anything and super fast turn around time. You get a great product for the money but you also get great customer service.
