Default Rocket Steelhead Woes

Yesterday I decided to try my new Rocket Steelheads that I bought. Anyways, after I pulled the first shot from the target, two of the three tiny screws that hold the blades on the head were unscrewed and one of them fell in the grass, never to be found again. I then proceeded to tighten the screws on the other heads I had and stripped the threads off of another screw. So does anybody know what the problem is and how tight the screw are supposed to be and where can i get replacement screws?
thanks
