track the success of all the hunters who targeted a deer before season. Did you see him? Get a shot? Kill him?Did he disappear? Did someone else get him? ( for schultzy) did he get hit by a car?lol Then maybe look at the tactics and discuss why each hunter was or wasn't successful. Anyone interested? How could we do it?
It could be fun and a great learning experience for all. Or maybe just a few spacific hunters that we could all join in on their hunt. Look at maps, form a game plan and watch the results.

That sounds like a great idea.

I've got a certain one I'm going after, come October.

I think it would be fun. My thoughts were maybe someone could post pics of the deer and pics of the hunting area with detailed info including things like suspected bedding areas, feeding areas, stand locations. Then as the season rolls along they could keep us updated with sightings, deer sign, changes in stand location. And hopefully some kill pics

Even though I have done it a few times I rarely target a specific Buck.

I primarily hunt Buck travel corridors during Nov. and will shoot whatever Buck that gets me cranked!

Smart ass Todd!!

I really do like the idea though Magic. I've got a specific 10 point from last year that I would love to get this upcoming fall. I'll try and get this buck the New Way and give it a whirl!

Great thread!!
