question about extended yardage shots
I have a single pin sight. If I am getting the bulls eye at 24 yards. How much will it drop at 45 yards? I am just curious because I haven't been able to shoot further than that except for one 3-D that was disasterous. I am going to do another 3-D next month and I don't want the same problem. I am shooting 272 fps with my Black Ice on a 3 shot average maxed out.
Thanks
Thanks

If you are going to shoot more 3d's you either need to get a multiple pin sight, or get a movable single pin. If you go multiple pin, you ABSOLUTELY can't beat Spot Hogg's with the wrap kits. They are about as nice and tough as they come. When it comes to single pin sights, I believe HHA's reign superior. I have one and it's just as solid as can be.

Thanks Matt, the one that I haveis movable and has a white strip on it. I probably can mark it with a sharpie. Duh, why didn't I think of that? I just need to find a huge yard that I can go nuts with.

i see the point in using them in the woods deer hunting, but for more open things, with much longer shots, its almost a must to have either a multiple or moveable pin sight.
