Ever lost motivation??

I hear ya, ive had a few mornings for sure when i just didnt get up for some reason or another. Its not like i get sick of it, but sometimes a man just needs a day off to get the 'want to' back.
On another note, turkey hunting is much more physically challenging that deer hunting IMO. All of the really early mornings and tons of hiking can burn you out in a hurry. Luckly for me i have already downed a bird or else i would be pushing myself to go at it harder. Its more of a leizure sport for me now...

I don't really lose motivation, more a case oflaziness I think. I have had mornings later in the season when I would wake up at 4:30AM to go hunting and think about sleeping in, then think that around 8:00AM when I did get up,I'd wish I had gone hunting, so I would get up and go anyway. Hope that makes sense.

Yeah, never really had a problem finding motivation to hunt. 55+ hours a week behind a desk and countless hours at home in the evenings working from home is all the motivation I need to get outside.

Last year I did a tad...It was in the 80's like every friggin day and I would sweat and not see any deer. I was really starting to lose it but then I started hunting then I changed it up and went to hunting mornings when it was cooler and things started to come together!
