I am fixing to send in my warranty card for my General and I wanted to order the allen wrench and the hooded sweatshirt. The problem is I really dont want to send all my credit card info through the mail. I noticed on the site you can register them there but you cannot order the gear at a discounted price. Can I just call them to place my order or do I have to send in the card?

Holy Moly, I had the same question just a couple of days ago! Call the 800 or 877or whatever number that it is on the order card and ask to speak to Michelle. I've left messages for her asking the same thing but she hasn't returned my calls. Must not be that important for me to pay to advertise their brand. Oh well. Let me know how it works out for you.

Their tech support, Nick, on the other hand has been exceptional at getting back to me! I like dealing with them also because they seem like they are real down to earth and you don't have to go through all the mumbo jumbo of numbers to press or operators with scripts.

I called just now and she gave me the number for Jeff ( 1-866-633-2697). She said that he could put the order in over the phone.I left him a message just now so hopefully he will give me a call back soon.

I never did get a return call so I will call and harass him in the morning...LOL

I just mailed in a check with the card.

I actually just got back from Montana last night and I got a call back from him but I missed him

You can just order stuff over the phone. They are pretty good about calling back. I know sometimes with me it may be the next but I got the call. If you don't get a return call, Dial again!!
