Default Winner's Choice Warranty Question...

I've had a WC string/cable set for approximately 3 months. I need to replace the buss cable because itis heavily frayed and running thin on one side. I have done nothing to gouge it or cause excessive wear. Will the warranty cover this, or am I swimming up $%^& creek?

The warranty should cover it.

I can call Winner's Choice for you tomorrow from work and get back to you with a definite answer.

Thanks Dan, but I'm going to my pro shop tomorrow to check it out and see what they will do for me, I was just curious so I didn't walk in there and get laughed at after bringing up the warranty. I'm moving to 'Zona in exactly one week, so it is definitely a priority of mine to fix or get ordered from the shop I bought it from before I leave.

WC has great customer service. If you have done nothing to cause this wear they will gladly replace it.

A few years ago I had a serving begin to seaperate after about a year an half and they still offered to only charge me half price for a new cable. I didn't take them up on the offer because it was well out of their warranty periodbut they stand behind their products.

Good to hear that Winners Choice stands behind their product...I've had 3 separate sets that have performed perfectly with no problems, but nice to know they would respond if I did.
