No pond, it seems to flood in the front(low ground). It was flooded when I was there. The neighbors shacks are Right, I mean Right in the lines.
Some nice deer hunting ground, big timber, it had been select cut 10 years ago from when I was there.

In the right location 80 acres would be a paradise, but bad neighbors could quickly turn your Paradise into a night mare.

Why is it a buck only lease? If I bought it, why would I not shoot whatever I wanted to shoot?
