I know someone who tried a body shot and basically the arrow bounced off of the turkey. Cut lots and lots of feathers off and actually knocked the turkey off it's feet, but it quickly regained its footing and flew off as if nothing had happened. Didn't even penetrate enough to get meat or blood on the broadhead.
Head, neck, or no turkey!
