NOPE, I grew up years ago and don't believe in such junk.
That could be a superstition in itself. [8D]

I have to have a quiver that can hold a odd number of arrows so when i get to my stand i can pull out the one in the middle.

I have a lucky jacket from this year. I bought it day before I shot my first deer of 2007.

One day we were talking about this and the question arose: If you discovered that you had exactly 13 shells what would you do? Leave one at home? Take them all? It suprised me how many wouldn't carry "unlucky 13" shells. Then I asked my grandpa. He told me he would take all 13. But would only shoot 12 at deer and save one. I asked him why and he told me if he missed 12 times he would shoot himself with the last one! That is just too funny!!

Just because I sacrafice a chicken every morning dosnt mean Iam superstitious...j/k.

Ever year I pick out 1 arrow that gets nocked 1st when i go out hunting,I call it my lucky arrow, well except this yr......shoulder surgery.....wasnt so lucky was it.......
If you wouldn't keep choking your chicken you probably wouldn't injure your shoulder!
now that is funny.

Hell no. Luck and superstition have nothing to do with it. It's all about skill.[8D]

I just remembered one thing I'm superstitious about.......

When tracking....I try not to look ahead very much. Don't ask me why.....I just think it's bad luck. I have to make myself stick to the task at hand......which is following the blood trail.
