Each of those targets has 15 shots into it. That's why I posted it. It's realistic....and NO....I don't think you can get 5 arows into a 1/2" group. That's the other reason I posted the photo.
My "guess" is the "X" ring is about a 1" circle. If you could get your arrow into that ring every time.....you'd be THE world class shooter.

I don't shoot groups. What's the point? When you're hunting you only get one shot, so when I practice I only take one shot.

No wonder there is global warming with so much hot air around here. Judging by all these answers, I must be one of the worlds worst shots[8D]
On a good day i hit exactly where I aim at 20 yards...but day in, day out, in hunting situations......99% of the time? I probably can only count on 4-5" groups(and I dont shoot more than 1 arrow at a time either)
Interestingly, does anyone shoot better at 30 or 40 than 20 yards? I do sometimes. I know it is a concentration thing, but it is still feels weird. How do I overcome that?

Jeff, I sit here with a Vegas target in hand the actual X is 3/4". The total 10 ring (cutting lines) is 1 & 9/16ths".
And I'm in full agreement Groups are easy. Consistant Groups of Groups is a whole different game. Both mental and physical.
