Cool, Dan. That was my first attempt! My mom used to cook this for us growing up (beef), but I never thought of doing it with venison (OK...I'm still a novice) until the other day. I'm a big black and lemon pepper fan....so that part was a given.

I'm gonna eat that again this weekend.....you can bet your ass!

Yeah, I just found out my buck is finished at the processor.....I've got about 120 pounds of ground venison.....We're gonna eat lots of chili, sloppy joes, and deerburger helper this year....
