I'll have to try that, where do you get this sauce?

That sauce is awesome...but you have to like sweet sauces. I get big jugs at Cosctco.

I'm definately no Emeril Lagassi, but I saw on a show one time where they did something similar and put a small slice of green jalapeno pepper on each piece before grilling as well. Don't know how it'd work with that sauce, but it looked scurrrruuuumptous.

That stuff is pretty good. I just had tenderloins marinading in it for 1 week. Pretty good. I like "mama salmidas spiedie marinade"

The recipe I got from a buddy of mine, Kevin Thull, is awesome and fairly similar to one mentioned above.

Take 1/3 equal parts of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, dark beer, and soy sauce.
(After adding the soy sauce and BBQ sauce together, it's basically Yoshida's.)
Add cut up 2" x 2"venison chunks, sirloin, or wild turkey breast chunks and place them in sealed container. Cover with mixture and put in fridge overnight. Skewer or toothpick a 1/2 slice of uncooked bacon around each piece and grill until bacon is crispy and done.

For the veni and the turkey breast, I use the par cooked bacon from the store...otherwise they'll be too dry by the time the bacon is done.

Duck breast works too.....with the regular uncooked bacon.
