Default Got my Bow back

Well I got my bow back Saturday that was stolen from me in August. The bow was all they recovered. Arrows, case, camo I had in the case and pack, broadheads, quiver, release were all gone.

The punks even ripped off the peep site tubing. I'm guessing they used that to band their arms to do drugs or something, can't think of any other reason.

So I'm in the market for some new arrows and such. I shoot a 30" draw, which is probably to long, as most sites I've seen say I should have about a 29.25" to 29.5" draw for my arm span. I believe I'm shooting close to 70# of draw weight. I'm going to get that checked shortly.

I think my old arrows were 32" as I had a very traditional arrow rest. I'm looking at getting an inclosed arrow rest, most likely the WB. Here's my dilema, I don't know what arrows I should shoot, so I don't know which WB I should buy.

I'll probably also be purchasing some new sites, as one of my sites was broke off and the others are bent.

Also it looks like they drug part of it across pavement and tore a good junk of the camo paint off. Is there any easy way to sking the bow with new camo?

Not sure about skinning the bow with new camo. I use the WB and I like it a lot. You never have to worry about you arrow falling off of the rest. They make several different sizes of the hole in the WB so whichever arrow you decide to go with, there's a WB for it.

I'm glad you got your bow back at least.

I'd have a proshop check that thing over real good before you shoot it. You never know what kind of damaged these punks might have done.

Glad you got your bow back. The WB is a good choice. As for the sight, I think this is more personal preference than any other item on the bow. I would go to a pro shop and look at a bunch that are mounted on bows to see which one suits you best. As for the draw length, I would have the pro shop measure you. Although the numbers you quote are a good guideline, each person is different. (And, while you are there, have them check the bow over as suggested above.)
