When can I go back???

Missed a shooter buck tonight--hit a limb--scared him off pretty good though. How bad will it throw this buck off his daily routine or do you think it will push him clear out of the area for a while??

Stuff scares deer out in the woods all the time. I he didn't associate the shot with a human, he might come right back. You might need to change your stand location, though.

I like the 5 or more days rule. There is a ton of shatter corn that the combine/my father-in-law (private ground) dropped as he hauls a$$ in his combine plus the dry weather. there is an awful lot of food in a very remote locale for any deer tocompletly write it off. Hopefully he will be back and i will get a do-over. Thanks!!
