Its not about the deer or the deer movment, its about the bugs and the meat can't hang. We process our own meat, and it sucks when its this hot.

So ya'll think the deer just sit under the shade tree when its hot? Come on fellas.

It's been the same back here in MD. I am heading out this morning for the first time....I just need to go sit in the woods. Musky fishing has kept me nicely distracted so far. Looking forward to some 40 degree mornings.

No, they just move at night when it's cooler!

I've been out one time. Too hot and extremely dry here. Could be the worst bowhunting season I will have if we don't get a wet fall and stays warm.

So you say.

I know A LOT of hunters who hunt in 90+degree weather that will call you on that one.

In all seriousness. Our deer move better DURING THE DAY (middle of the day) during "abnormal" heat waves.
