1st day yesterday, spent 17 hours on my stand didnt see squirrels, turtles, and trees lol but nothing no deer or nothingthey were about 80 yards behind me or more i could hear this like cow lol but there are no cows its a national forest?!?! so I dont know maybe I need to look for another place, but theres trails there and and alot of acrons , I just dont get it?!?! what do yall think?

I usually don't spend all day in a stand until the rut has kicked in.

That is why they call it hunting and not killing. I beleive we have all had days like that even in our greatest spots..who knows why....keep it up it is bound to happen.[8D]

I mean would yall hunt this time a water hole or a bunch of acorns?

Well i would not hunt all day this early in the season. If it is really warm out i would be by the water in the day, and acrons in the evening.

I hunted all day, and just saw a rabbit and a squirrel.

I had the same results 4 hours till it was dark and didn't see anything but a squirrel . there where two other hunters way down far away from me and they saw nothing as well

y is that? I dont get it lol are the deer like out working or something lol

the moon? maybe it influenced alot on sunday going to monday i strongly believe that, what do yall think?
